place. people. memories.

The power of place impacts us as we share it with the people we love. Cherish those memories with a special piece of art for your home or business.

Sharee, Adelaide

“I used to live at St Clair and walk up the hill all the time to see the view you captured in the painting. It brings back so many memories so it is very special to have it hanging in our home."

about.

Jayne Tui Schwenke paints contemporary New Zealand landscapes using oils on canvas or wood at her home studio in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. She began painting at an evening class in the year 2000 and has enjoyed painting ever since, participating it the Otago Art Society exhibitions, exhibiting at Athol Gallery, taking commissions and producing a range of Limited edition giclee prints and cards.

"There is a distinct character to New Zealand. I love to highlight the dramatic form of the land, the play of light and shadow, and the vibrant colours of lake, sea and sky. I'm inspired by my memories,  interactions with people in our natural environment and the incredible beauty I see. I paint as a response of worship to the designer of our beautiful world."
